Requirements:

You should already have a KissCal account(start a trial subscription). You will need a laptop, desktop PC or tablet for the training itself. It is an advantage if AnyDesk is already installed there. You should also have the following access data to hand:

• KissCal login (Studio and Artist)
• Login to the Studio e-mail account
• Login to the Studio Google account (if available)

We will set up kisscal for your studio together with you and you will receive an introduction to the first steps with kisscal. The introduction will probably take an hour Of course, we will respond to your interim questions and individual priorities.

At the end of the introduction you will receive a handout (30 foils) with all the contents of the introduction including the links to exactly the right places in the kissCal online help. This means you can review and read everything again afterwards.

Our BASIC training module is aimed at all those who are new to KissCal and those who have only used KissCal as a pure calendar so far. This module also has exactly the right content for new employees (store managers) to quickly familiarize themselves with the system:

• The calendar views
  Calendar per artist, customer list / search, appointment list, calendar, overview
• Enter appointments correctly
  Customer / project / appointment, images for projects, indicators and symbols
• Creating appointment slips (analog / digital)
  Medical history, data protection, EVE, appointment documentation, automatic filing, copy for customers

Our online booking training module is aimed at anyone who wants to offer their customers the opportunity to book inquiries or appointments online. The module is intended for store managers and owners and enables you to set up your own individual online booking, both organizationally and technically. The training has the following modules:

• Configuring your own online booking
  Categories, product groups, appointment types, message templates in image and text, design
• What changes?
  Communication with customers, processing bookings, automation

• Appointment coordination
  Pre-booking appointments and tracking pre-booked appointments, restrictions for pre-booked appointments
• Processing online requests (bookings)
  Check & clean up duplicates, describe projects, coordinate with artists, move appointments to other artists if necessary
• Manage advance payments
  track missing down payments, write to customers, release appointments, book incoming and outgoing payments, delegation to resident artists is possible
• Missed appointments
  document cleanly, inform the artist, find a replacement at short notice, maintain blacklist
