With the introduction of KissCal in the various studios, we have noticed that the same questions arise again and again. For a program to work in everyday life, the processes in the studio must match those in the program.
However, in answering the questions, we quickly came (and still come) back to organizational, legal and tax issues. Since these topics basically affect everyone, we decided to create this guide for all studios, not just KissCal users.

Isn't it great? Finally all-round organized contracts with your logo in all matters between studio and customers and tattoo artists/piercers
First of all, please note that our standard packages can only be used in conjunction with KissCal or a purely paper-based processing system. If another system is used, the documents must be adapted. When using other systems (e.g. for marketing purposes), extensions to the documents are also required.

Furthermore, by purchasing a standard package for your contract, you are also committing to standard rules. Although we have made every effort to make these as flexible as possible, deviations from these standard rules require changes to the documents
It is therefore essential that you read these notes and all documents carefully and adapt your internal processes and regulations accordingly. Because if you do not adhere to your own contracts, they may become ineffective!

But don't worry: as we have based our advice on common practice, you will probably already be doing most of the points as described here anyway
