Insertion Pins

This insertion pin is ideal for the "TIFT" Titanium Internal Tunnel, with internal thread (Internal screw system).
- Tunnels from third-party suppliers are not compatible -
You can screw the respective tunnel onto the insertion pin, which fits seamlessly onto the insertion pin.
This allows the tunnel to be inserted perfectly into the piercing site.
The insertion pin is available in the same diameter as the tunnel.
The insertion pin is made of SS316L surgical steel.

This insertion pin is ideal for use with piercing jewelry with an external thread, i.e. the external system.
This insertion pin is also suitable for use with jewelry with larger diameters, such as tunnels or thicker rings.
The insertion pin itself does not have a thread, it has a so-called "connection point", which acts as a small notch in which the jewelry can be placed.
The jewelry is simply placed here.

The insertion pin is available in the following thicknesses:

- 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.4 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm, 5.0 mm, 6.0 mm, 8.0 mm, 10.0 mm, 12.0 mm, 14.0 mm, 16.0 mm. 18.0 mm

As soon as the insertion pin is placed on the piercing jewelry, it can be inserted perfectly into the piercing site.
After insertion, the insertion pin can simply be unscrewed.

Thanks to the high surface quality with an Ra value between 0.07 µm and 0.08 µm, we have achieved an almost highly polished surface, which means that the insertion pins can be anodized without any problems. Now you can define the sizes using a colour code and simplify your daily studio routine during sterilization. There is no need to measure the thicknesses and you can start packing straight away

- 0.8 mm external thread with 1.0 mm thickness for jewelry with 0.8 mm internal thread and 1.0 mm thickness (30 mm long)

After insertion, the insertion pin can simply be unscrewed again.
The insertion pin is made of high-quality titanium Ti6Al4V-ELI (ASTM F 136).
