The insertion pin itself has an external thread, which can be screwed seamlessly into all types of internally threaded jewelry.
The Insertion pin is available in the following variations:
- 0.8 mm external thread with 1.0 mm thickness for jewelry with 0.8 mm internal thread and 1.0 mm thickness
- 0.8 mm external thread with 1.2 mm thickness for jewelry with 0.8 mm internal thread and 1.2 mm thickness
- US0.9 mm external thread with 1.2 mm thickness for jewelry with US0.9 mm internal thread and 1.2 mm thickness
- 1.2 mm external thread with 1.6 mm thickness for jewelry with 1.2 mm internal thread and 1.6 mm thickness
As soon as the insertion pin is screwed onto the piercing jewelry, it can be inserted perfectly into the piercing site.
After insertion, the insertion pin can simply be unscrewed.
The insertion pin is made of SS316L surgical steel.

This insertion pin is ideal for use with Piercing jewelry with an internal thread, i.e. the Internal System.
The insertion pin itself has an external thread that can be screwed seamlessly into all types of jewelry with an internal thread.
The insertion pin is available in the following versions:
- 0.8 mm external thread with 1.0 mm thickness for jewelry with 0.8 mm internal thread and 1.0 mm thickness (30 mm long)
As soon as the insertion pin is screwed onto the piercing jewelry, it can be inserted perfectly into the piercing site.
After insertion, the insertion pin can simply be unscrewed again.
The insertion pin is made of high-quality titanium Ti6Al4V-ELI (ASTM F 136).
Thanks to the high surface quality with an Ra value between 0.07 µm and 0.08 µm, we have achieved an almost highly polished surface. This makes it easy to anodize the studs. Now you can define the sizes with a colour code and simplify your daily studio routine during sterilization. You no longer have to measure the thicknesses and can start packing immediately.
