This beautiful attachment has an external thread with a 0.8mm external thread. The thread of the counterpart (Mini Dermal Anchor, Internal Stem, Internal Labrets, etc.) must therefore also have a 0.8mm internal diameter. Then the attachment fits perfectly. Cannot be combined with China/USA goods with gauge/inch units. Hand polished, then plated with 24K gold and set with premium zirconia.
